Through an exclusive collaboration with Iris Ceramica Group, Alchimia’s cutting-edge technology has been flawlessly integrated with the Group’s ceramic surfaces.

This unique synergy conceals screens and audio-video systems beneath a continuous ceramic surface, allowing them to appear and disappear on command.

The photo-catalytic properties of Active Surfaces® transform ceramic slabs into eco-active materials with antibacterial and antiviral, anti-pollution, anti-odour and self-cleaning properties.

This 100% Italian technology is owned by Iris Ceramica Group and developed in partnership with the Department of Chemistry of the University of Milan, and research still continues today aiming to further improve the technical performance of the materials.

Smart living goes Magnetic.

Attract® is the innovative, sustainable dry magnetic laying system for the ceramic slabs of our brands.

The modular system consists of ceramic slabs that are made magnetic, and reach the site ready to be laid to create a continuous horizontal or vertical surface, without the use of glues or supporting structures. The removal of each ceramic slab is also quick, easy and circular, without the need for demolition.

The circular economy is a possible and necessary reality that concerns us all. This is why Iris Ceramica Group has made a strong industrial choice, embracing the circular economy as a new paradigm for its business model.

With Hypertouch®, we apply these principles to our ceramic surfaces, equipping them with a touch technology that intuitively and immediately responds to a simple touch of the hand.

Hypertouch® exalts the design and continuity of the materials, eliminating unsightly cover plates and external switches.

Hypertouch® exploits an exclusive technology that can be applied to the ceramic slabs distributed by the Group’s Brands.

Moonlight

Backlight Ceramics.

Iris Ceramica Group has – literally – highlighted another unique property of ceramics: the ability to uniformly diffuse light.

A soft, welcoming light, delicate as moonlight, emerges from the translucent ceramic slab, amplifying the beauty of the surface decoration even in the dark.

The Iris Ceramica Group R&D team has come up with a composition of particularly refined natural raw materials to produce an ultra-thin (6 mm) ceramic slab that is more sensitive to light sources.

Coupled to a special LED panel on the back, the large surfaces with the natural beauty of marble, granite and onyx manufactured by the Group’s brands brighten up the night indoors, making you feel at home instantly.

The unique backlighting solution developed by Iris Ceramica Group is the result of in-depth research, seeking to continuously improve the production process and ultra-high definition of the surfaces, making them authentic works of art.

Available in formats up to 300x150cm, the backlit surfaces are designed for individual or continuous indoor coverings and to cover particularly precious furnishing elements.
